Nicole Klock

Clinical Psychologist

Nicole is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in both private and public mental health settings across her psychology career. She has experience working with individuals who are having difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, physical health issues, grief, and adjustment.

She also has particular interest and experience in work with parents and infants during the perinatal period, with a focus on supporting secure attachment relationships. This work may focus on adjustment to this important life change, through to mental health difficulties which may arise and impact.

Nicole works closely with each of her clients to develop a clear understanding of their current strengths and difficulties. Goals of therapy are then made collaboratively.

She draws on a number of therapeutic approaches in her work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Attachment based approaches, as appropriate to the individual that she is working with.

Nicole is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA no. PSY0001611037).

She is a registered supervisor, and an accredited Medicare clinical psychology service provider.
